Following massive international (and local) success with wines produced with Graham Norton, Invivo Wines turned closer to home for their latest collaboration – a Pinot Noir with Paul Henry.
We first worked with Invivo Wines in 2015, helping to produce a video for their Snowball Effect Crowdfunding campaign. They became the first company in New Zealand to raise $2 Million (the legal limit) via equity crowdfunding – quite a milestone, and we’re happy to have made a small contribution to that success.
We admire how Invivo blends exceptional quality (they’ve won heaps of wine awards) with a fun, down-to-earth brand (they’ve won business awards too). It’s a pretty rare combination – and undoubtedly a big part of what makes them such a great New Zealand business.
Paul Henry was invited to blend a Pinot Noir using grapes from Central Otago vineyards. We filmed the bottling and first tasting, and edited this with existing footage of the blending session to create a video to announce the launch of the new wine. The video was launched via Paul Henry’s Facebook page, were it quickly hit over 50,000 views, and over 180 shares.
Turns out Paul had a pretty good sense for blending – his wine sold out in just three hours!
